We're actually more dominated by medical because there are 2 large hospitals here and we serve about 9 rural counties up in this corner of Georgia/Alabama.There's also a lot of miscellaneous manufacturing and one dominant industry up here is floor covering companies like Shaw and Mohawk.

My first job was a really crappy one outside of real estate, my second one I got very fortunate in having the chance to work as a property manager at 18 (ended up quitting that job because of the company's culture,) my third job was as a subcontractor for a developer who flipped old manufacturing buildings into apartments, and my current position is as an analyst/broker of self storage facilities for a company that's been in the business for 20+ years.

Like Chatt has a huge outdoor scene, so we have insane eco tourism, we also have the fastest internet in the country so that brings tech folks to us, and we have an influx of manufacturing in the last decade and some change.
