If you're young and unskilled, using that cash to gain the skills and credentials for a good-paying job would be a good investment, IMHO.

I can't imagine how much money is whole dream merchant machine is pulling in, but it looks like the AG are starting to pay attention.

I know this is all theoretical, but you guys aren't taking into account lots of stuff like taxes he has to pay on his flip gains.

If I sold then I would pay (15% cap gain tax + 8% state tax) on that 60k.

We pretty much gain mostly on labor and discounted materials.

I had no problems at all with it.I did sence that after they knew I was living across the street that they seemed topay attention to keeping the lawn mowed and kept it nice, I don'tknow if that was just them or if they felt like the owner was always watching.....but they were neighborly.If it's a good deal, buy it!!!
