It doesn't look like it would affect small, private landlords who have 10 or fewer units just big PM companies. 

Poor renovation quality but mainly the company is just shady. 

Everything goes to the title company or attorney's office. 

The equity partner should receive a preferred return first... once that has been funded then 50/50 split
