The water is not crystal blue like the Caribbean or parts of Florida, but that is the nature of the current flows, but there are some distinctions in the areas along the coast that I can tell you about.

Starting fresh can be tough at first, but you'll probably be better off for it.

That sunken back door feels like - water intrusion to me.

The 6 units are already rented with fresh 1 year leases as well that I have vetted and like.My question is whether I should reallocate my limited resources by selling some positions in the market to fund the 70k or seek a loan partner for the down stroke?

The rent increase was 10%, plus an additional new charge of $35 for water.  

In my area the growth and demand for a little land and fresh mountain clean air & water is exponential.  

With all the research Ive done regarding this area, I cant locate ANY information pertaining to the new water bill.Since I've only been a renter, I don't have the slightest idea of how much a water bill would be.
