I'm an out-of-state investor and was looking for recommendations on a good property management firm that provides excellent service to tenants and charges reasonable monthly fees.

Hone is in excellent shape - new roof, floors are perfect- just a time capsule from the 80s.

You can get excellent tenants in some pockets of South Shore, but this area is very block by block. 

@Marcus Hill -  Why you might not "need" an accountant with just two properties, I think having one is an excellent business decision. 

You can create this form in Excel for the present year and future years.

@Saman Jafari excellent advice to get a cpa and I have no advice…I believe you can always 0 out expenses against the rental income but not against other income unless you are a real estate professional.Related but not the same, things can carry over against your basis.
