If your return on equity is still higher than what you would get in other properties you should hold on to it until that changes.

We had Charter streaming available but honestly no one ever used it so we dropped it about a month ago. 

If a future deal looks similar I may want to change the split to 60/40 or something so I make a larger portion of the profit for doing the heavy work.
