Don't worry about their entertainment, with no rent to pay and extra money in their pocket, they're going to buy a giant flat screen TV and the latest Xbox from Walmart while doing their "essential grocery shopping". 

The “crisis” here will be over in 1-2 months, some lingering effects in certain sectors.....but essentially back to normal. 

If I was to take a HELOC out to buy a SFR outright(~$100k purchase) and then re-finance after 6mo/1yr to fixed 30yr rate and get an 80% LTV, I would essentially "get back" $80k, pay off principle of HELOC directly, and return the "used" HELOC value to $20k. 

Actually banks are lending and are considered essential, just like realtors.

Is money just a make-believe social construct, and we can essentially take a holiday from responsibilities and everything will turn out fine, assuming the smartest guys in the room are babysitting everyone?

We are experiencing a high volume of emails and currently have limited access, and we are prioritizing essential communication first.

I think that size commercial is very tough, you essentially have to self broker because few people can do that job profitably.

Many agent friends I know continue to pay for various areas around Cincinnati as they get enough business from it that it more than pays for itself.Zillow owns DotLoop which is one of the dominating electronic paperwork companies in real estate. 

Certainly not all, but many will experience significant increases quickly, while other less essentials may move more sluggishly.
