Our attorney is recommending a provision requiring that book losses be allocated to member capital accounts AND that members must then make contributions to offset those negative entries.

I will use that there is one major flipping show based in OC and a less major flipping show based in San Diego as evidence to the contrary.If you are stating the entry cost is high I do agree but this is also reflected in the value of the refi so that is a net wash.  

This is not to say you cant pivot your career as an appraiser but the barriers to entry are much higher so those who become appraisers tend to stay in the field. 

If you are bidding on a loan, have the seller send you the servicing notes from the current servicer and look for entries that involved any conversations with the borrower. 

I definitely want to utilize my FHA, and have been leaning towards an entry strategy like you have suggested.

The officers said they had to be neutral in the situation and therefor were unable to force entry.  

Cost of entry is extremely low. 

IMO, this is by far the easiest path to entry into REI.

I spent $2400 to paint the walls, replace ceiling tiles, patch up dry wall issues,& painted the entry door.

There is also a little settlement in one area at the garage entry way and in the mechanical room, purely cosmetic.
