I don't want to extra weight to the mentor I want the mentor to see me as an asset someone that will take what they say to heart and do my best to implement it.

I'm mainly into the home videos (Insanity, T25, etc.) but have done weights in the past as well as yoga, cross-fit, etc.

I just received an e-mail from a potential client stating their house is going up for foreclosure on July 14th.  

There are plenty of great wholesaling books out there, I recommend E-books because they are pretty short (50-60 pages) and to the point.  

I,e all kitchen tile missing, stove missing, various damages around the home.

All the other companies I've researched (cozy, mysmartmove, myrental, e-renter, etc.) only do some part of the process.HOWEVER, the applicant has to fill out a paper application, submit it to me, and I have to fax it in (or scan/email it to them).Does anyone know a way around the paper application?
