There is so much public discussion of these securities on forums like these, at different conferences, through educational resources such as SDIRA tutorials, and so on, that we feel that there is a risk of the SEC eventually stepping in and making an example of different platforms that use public solicitation but rely on self-accreditation.

He eventually did get back and he said that before he could even show the house to anyone, someone had gone directly to the bank with a cashiers check for 90k cash and bought it sight unseen.J Martin- Thanks for the detailed response, I'm extremely familiar with the area because I've done handy work on these college properties before, and I also went to the college where all these students are from, so I've been in many of these homes.Missed out on this one, but I am sure there will be more, and I will continue to keep looking.

They want to fix the price and i am not willing to sell for today's value as I know that the price will eventually get back to my purchase price in 2006.The buyer agent is more interested in her $15,000 commission on the back end than doing a 2 year lease for a co op fee.
