@John Teachout I understand that myself and the lender want the outcome in their beat interest but I will look into my options.

Lots of renovations over the years bit by bit:-replacing plaster with sheetrock in unit 2-new bathroom in unit 1-new windows unit 1-granite counter and tile backsplash unit 1-new front facade recently-new water heaters-new furnaces What was the outcome?

I found it and manage it.Some slight improvements over the years but not much:-painted cabinets-refinished wood floors-retiled tub/shower walls-new water heater What was the outcome?
