Jonathan - Gonna have to disagree  here - I think New York generally and Brooklyn specifically (especially the HOT areas like Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Flatbush, ParkSlope, ProspectHeights/CrownHeights, Gowanus and of course WillyBurg, Bushwick, B-Stuy, etc..) are incredible places to invest.  

Often when my wife does disagree with an investing decision I'm thinking about there are good reasons for her wanting to persuade me to do something else.Personally, I have loved getting to work with my wife on our REI deals!

However I disagree with them in regards to Highland Park, there are some interesting blocks there, that are coming to life again (south of the freeway).

They hide stories that shed a bad light on certain people, they squelch opinions (and even scientific facts) they disagree with, and then they pretend to be open platforms.

Realtors may disagree.

SwannyProperties were still doubling in value every year from 2015 to 2019 and it makes sense that you are currently having a great harvest, today, but in 2015 you could purchase units for $40k to $50k in Arizona and today they are $250k, or more.I totally disagree with your saying, "if I can do it, anyone can".

The fact that you see an ethical problem here because you failed to close a deal, and the fact that you are trying to throw shade on people who disagree with you and call them unethical shows a lot about your character. 

But keep in mind that this is just my opinion and others may disagree with me.
