Her parents ,grandparents ,and great grandparents were hard working sincere people ..skilled craftsmen and worked their way up but had no education other than high school .i would estimate At 30 years old she had a yearly salary equivalent to atleast the last three generations yearly salary of her family combined .

We just assume the septic is bad and add 35K extra into our rehab estimate (though the last septic we put in cost 50K--complicated pump up system with mounded leech field due to high water table on site--so the difference came out of our pocket).
