The landlord should be concerned, because your roommate has established residency in his unit and is now therefore a tenant of the landlord.

By including the cap and limitation that all originated mortgages must be under $150k the Bill basically says these folks are in no more danger of defaulting on a mortgage than they are of being evicted from a rental.

Also, I am concerned about how long it would take to recoup my money as well as the risk involved.
