I guess, we that may want to increase one aspect of our population could get busy on the production side ;)I'd say there will be a greater need for affordable housing, a much greater need in a decade. :)

I manage 40 of my own, dealing with all management aspects with a staff of people I've assembled.

With the experiences you already have , you can help a lot of people with different questions and aspects of investing, while at the same time being able to increase your knowledge in different areas.  

Doing your homework accurately is crucial.  

The rest of your team can be found later but those two roles are crucial to you getting serious about finding your first property. 

I can focus on those aspects of my business and relinquish control of the other aspects that I've build systems around.  

If you're just starting out, what I would recommend is that you learn a little about all the different aspects of investing and determine which one you feel suits you best.

It’s the positive drivers, reduced by negative boat anchors.The positive drivers are pretty straightforward, though many people miss a key aspect.

Most likely you would need to pay for a membership, but it would be the best investment you can make as you get to interact with experienced investors in every aspect of RE.Good luck!
