Whole Life have a very small niche in the market for instance, if you have a child with down syndrome or elderly parent that depends on your income.  

The net housing shortage falls into the category the average family has 2.3 kids, but I've never seen a third of a child wandering around.  

Provide child care for working families.

It would also make it easier on us and our child to move once so to speak.

All of my exes were also unemployed at that time, which meant no child support, either, and they were not even in real estate. 

I am currently 31, married, with a newborn and just hit my goal in two years.My portfolio consists of 24 total units (14 of which I've bought into and have equity - i'll get more into this later), mainly SFH's all in the greater Phoenix area.My units all cash flow differently but my total cash flow of the portfolio is about $8.3K a month or $100K a year (accounting for vacancies, repairs, capex, etc).

As the net worth grows the circle of friends you have tends to change especially when starting out with little money.I see a child hood friend about once every 4 to 6 months.
