My initial conversations were contentious but became more reasonable and we've made progress, food for thought and you've earned another stripe on the arm of your landlord uniform. 

The hard facts of life are that people have to also be able to buy food, etc, and if something upsets the budget, they will short rent first.  

Post weekly about the property, location, activities, food, deals, last minute opportunities, etc...3.

You need to forget about Jordan, iPhones , clothes , nice cars ect and saved everything no eating out no food no fun take a L for a whole year or even more I have 21 units with two more in contract I took a lot of L and sacrifices.

Budgeting: I definitely need to improve on these skills, but typically spend $600/mo. on all food & beverage and $500/mo. on lifestyle (travel, fun, other)I'm open to house-hacking but I can't afford anything in my area, nor the areas I was considering Western Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana.
