Boosting your credit score can take months or years, depending on its current state.

This has been a huge boost to my confidence.

If 2-unit residential, or office + apartment is allowed, it will boost the value tremendously.

So we want to boost that asset. 

Subsequently we boosted a couple units to $910 & $925. 1-Bed units are $750.

If it was a negative return, I would definitely not do it ... unless it was more of a flip and you were expecting a quick sale after you pick up the value boost from an addition.Best of luck!
