I did little bit of research and found Lake Tahoe to be a good candidate however I also found that there are lot of new regulations being implemented by local bodies.

From an engineering standpoint, it is absolutely ridiculous that people (think single women) who weight 110 lbs. need an 8000 lb.

I was using the boxes of flooring (which are heavy as sin) to add extra weight to the already installed flooring. 

They are worth their weight in gold.

According to the National Construction Estimator book on my shelf, Washington, DC is on average 29% higher in labor, with a weighted average of 14% total more than the numbers in the book. 

Otherwise, be sure to write up whatever you agree on and track each partner's "capital account" which will be heavily weighted to the investor initially.

Brad you are not missing anything your belief is spot on its just AUM I'm hopeful your potential advisor believes he is doing the best thing but ultimately his livelihood depends on it do you really think his advice will not be weighted to securities?
