Might be worth investigating that.Those two items will likely get you back in the black soon enough, you just might have to eat the loss for a year or so.Also, we all make mistakes, sometimes big ones.  

That area is a big summer camping spot and is most known for canoe/tube float trips down the Black or Huzzah river.

If the pics are what attracts people, then I would put some pics on those fliers and make them colored , instead of black and white.

If you have 50% vacancy in the first example you still are in the black making money, but if you have 50% vacancy in the second example then you are in the red badly.

So, get that fixed rate mortgage, make a big down payment, or pay cash so you're in the black every month.
