Good morning all, can anybody give a pointer to where I can obtain information for average price of land/property per acre within a given city or county.

How to I find active and productive Real Estate Investors in my local area outside of REIAs?

The comps I have pulled up are averaging around 290,000.

I was looking for ideas to open my own business or design a product but nothing clicked.Then one day I was listening to Listen, Money Matters podcast and they mentioned BiggerPockets and I thought I’d check it out.

If its a D class rural neighborhood, this is probably going to be you "average" applicant....not crazy about the eviction 4 years ago.

Also it limits the products that small local community banks were "famous" for being able to make.
