I would hesitate to do it if you have a boiler heating system. 

My suites are legal but some reason were not in their system.

We have 10 listings here on the island and have built the systems to run a portfolio of this size at a very high level.

Once done and if your the most qualified tenant then I would rent to you.Maybe you voluntarily offer to pay additional rent or animal fee to show you are not trying to game the system or at least offer to pay a higher security deposit which you would get back if you take care of the property.You are not being fair by assuming everyone is discriminating against you with no proof.

Personally, I don't care if they are licensed but I still ask because I've been given fake license numbers before that don't register in the system - easy way to find out if someone is honest.When it comes to hard money lenders, there are plenty that lend to beginners.

We put in an a/c system for back room and asked the county to come see about changing it, since it was obviously not a screened in porch anymore.

Is there a way to bypass this system? 

I posted previously about key management systems, and I opted to go with the Kwikset Key Control Deadbolts.

My guess is when you call the town they’ll tell you getting a 4th legal unit will be tough and require you to install a sprinkler system and therefore the CBA will not make sense.

So we know there must be issue will all these systems but the house fits my family needs and we can turn additional space into an apartment for rental.What option do we have besides walking away ?
