:)But what I'm trying to figure out is how Brandon can make so many offers so quickly knowing that for any/all of those accepted 'sight unseen' he has to pay an inspection fee to pull out of the deal even if, after reaching an agreed upon number, he then visits the prop for a first time and quickly sees something structural he doesn't like -- he can't get out of the deal without paying the inspector even though he can easily now see the property isn't something he wants.
