Curious who people might recommend or have used in the past for a title company that can do assignment of contracts or double closes in the Akron/Canton area.Thanks!

Realty Tax is about 18k a year insurance $7500 water sewer avg $16k utilities $8-9k.

If title is held in a LLC you can't use residential 30 year financing.  

Should I run the deal by a title company? 

If so, it would be a way to insure that I am not over contributing to a 529 plan if she is able to get a scholarship and also a way to reimburse myself for the rental property using tax free money.  

if it went through an actual foreclosure then as stated most if not all the junior liens should have been removed from title .. they still exist as to the person who lost the home.so something is no adding up.

Becoming an agent has costs to operate Day 1 which includes: additional car insurance (required to drive people around), licensing fees, dues (state and national), fees to operate a Supra key, to be on MARIS (MLS), prepaid legal fees, etc.

Some examples that were recommended in a BP article were: real estate agent, property manager, escrow officer, title company employee or admin for an REI group.  

But before even looking for a mentor, I would first go and start reading everything and anything that includes "Real Estate Investing" in the title.

Assuming the title is clear, is this a reasonable amount?
