I work a demanding job with SpaceX that requires long hours and frequent travel.

I read, learn, and talk to real estate professionals frequently but feel lost as to what real ACTION I can take to start achieving these goals of mine.

@Jay Martel , one of the attys that does my closings is also frequently hired by title ins cos to fix title claims when another atty makes a mistake.

That's the only time I have ever seen a bank go below, if the house was upside down so the judgment plus costs exceeds the FMV, but it's far less frequent in this market.

@Ari Hadar The objective is to get the property in contract and then enter due diligence...I see this frequently with new investors...they always perform due diligence up front and then consider an offer.

When the day comes in the near future, i will likely move to that area for a little bit or even visit frequently if not. 

I like to frequent the Art Scene in Cleveland and know a few artists if your looking for some ideas.One gentleman has done portrait murals at The Root Cafe, very impressive.

I never feel like I'm doing something wrong where I'll owe, but frequently feel like I may be missing a deduction.  

I do participate in DIG's DelCo Subgroup and frequently attend the Breakfast Subgoup on Friday mornings, and have found those to be immensely helpful.
