I just had a conversation with a mortgage loan originator this morning about OptCity and she had positive things to say about their mortgage leads.

As I mentioned, I drove through Duluth on a vacation trip and was quite impressed with the city even though it's quite small.

I’ve listened to a gazillion BP podcasts, I’m doing the Miracle Morning, I’m a PRO member after watching a webinar, I reached out to our favorite real estate agent and I’ve ordered a few of the books that Brandon had listed.

This morning she notified me that 2nd floor toilet for the 2nd bathroom overflowed yesterday and leaked to the ceiling on the first floor around a light fixture. 

I use a private process server and pay for fast service since the sheriff in my county takes a week or so to make two trips and post the 5 day notice.   

We use it ourselves a fair amount also, but we're only 40 minutes away and we end up doing a lot of day trips up there. 

I highly encourage you make the trip.

Anybody else take advantage of bike to work day and show up nice and glistening from a hot morning commute??

jay, i signed up for the www.realestateexpress.com a  few months ago and have been trying to study at leasst a section each day. i have had a hard time passing the individual sections, not sure if it's this particular website/course or they are all this difficult.most questions are tricky and unnecessarily difficult. i dont know why they try to trip you instead of helping you pass. i did well in college, but this is the first time i have to memorize material since college.i talked to my agent and she said the actual test is easier, but maybe because she is good at memorizing.any tips?
