Hi everyone, a few of you may have seen my enthusiasm in the past about utilizing Air BNB's platform to bring entrepreneurs together with investors to expand both of their businesses and while I have done some limited testing in my own market with favorable results, wanted to get other's opinions and share this idea.In the Twin Cities market in Minnesota we are fighting hard to find 6% cap rates in multi family homes (oftentimes even harder in single families) which has turned off many investors who have been sitting on their cash for the last year.

However, I assume it is a platform where you along with other investors pool money together to acquire/invest in real estate.More likely than not - You and the other investors will be limited partners in a limited partnership or non-managing members in an LLC.If this is the case - Would an LLC investing in an LLC/LP provide you more liability protection/anonymity than if you personally invested in the LLC/LP.From a tax perspective - the single member LLC will be disregarded and the income from real crowd/crowd street will be reported on schedule E.
