There are ways around this, such as keeping earnings in your LLC, but it would need to be held by a parent corporation setup in Canada.

Lakeem, you would be better off getting your license, and selling, 2.4% of $100K sale (selling side) you would get $1,200 as a part time agent in a big office,  ($2400 with 50%/50% broker split)  and if you hustle you will earn a bigger split, List and sell a $100K your Splitting $5k-$6K consider a license vs wholesaling, 5 deals like this a month is $72K/ year.

I did not feel comfortable advising people to put there hard earned money into a house that they hoped would appreciate in value ( Which I am sure some of them wouldnt mind as long as they have a home to live in ) but after realizing that a house wasnt an asset but a liabilty I had a hard time sellig this to people.
