You don't say if you currently own a home or not in the US.If you do, the easiest way to finance a purchase like this would be to borrow against the equity you have built in your own home in the US.  

Hello All, 1st time home buyer here - looking mainly in Fairfax/Arlington counties, with loudon being a last resort. 

Also I plan to hire a home inspector to inspect the outside of the foundation for any issues.

I've done some research with suppliers in China who have built modular homes for the US market, and it looks like we can buy modular homes for about $30-$40 PSF.

I have a question for investors in Massachusetts, has the market dried out in Massachusetts for multi-family homes in your opinion? 

We are wondering if it would be worthwhile to buy a home instead of renting. 

First of all it was the home in which I'm living.

Thank you, I mean if one gets a loan to buy a home and rents it out so the renters can pay the mortgage while the investor keeps on buying homes but all are loans not purchased in cash, exactly when will the investor see a profit , seems like it will be a while.

@Joseph I don't have anything in Las Cruces, but I do have some off market turnkey cash flowing homes in El Paso!
