I am very familiar with Property and it is a very good location (Good school district, close to the main river of the city, etc.)

I am a newbie like newborn newbie, I have no experience in real estate( I worked as a real estate assistant for a short while but I was going to school for real estate and the hours just didnt work out) I have horrible credit. 

Long story short, the "old cabin" was built in the 80's in one of the best school districts and most desirable areas in town.

I’m 18 and a senior in high school and I have been looking at real estate for years now.

In my district they will be servicing children who normally get meals at school and you can make a donation directly on their FB page or website.

I think it would only be fair if there was a bailout package for landlords whose tenants are unable to go to work, or to send their kids to school, and thus unable to afford basic expenses like rent. 

The home was in the neighborhood we were pastoring Veritas City Church, and it was in the school district that we wanted for our kids.

This is not glamorous (see the photo) but we helped the city to keep the lights on, police paid, and schools working so it's a nice win-win for the city and us as well.
