Thanks Lee, I see it has an HOA as the city urged them (Builders-4 Corners KC, LLC) to form HOA to maintain the common areas.

HI Christopher, I believe you can typically be the "applicant" for the permit and the contractor on the job can still coordinate the inspections, work with the inspectors, etc.
