I just had a deal come across my e-mail in Temple/Belton (TX) where the home was built in the late 80's or 90's around the same price and it will be a much better situation with similar economics.If you're going to be a long-term buy and hold investor, shoot for newer properties.

Mrs Kirk am tried to do ignore them  but this people calls everyday 3 times a day send me e-mails that i star getting concern if I need to get a lawyer
