Do not be afraid of putting yourself out there.The way that I found both of mine was I found investors that were where I wished I was at their age.

I do wish we had kept those properties largely for sentimental reasons, but our return from the local market was better in every way.I will say our OOS properties were not primarily cheap properties (2 units were on the beach in Gulf Shores Alabama and one on a lake). 

I wish you luck on your next three deals as well.
