Why waste time re-inventing the wheel if someone has already made all of the connections for you. 

Cast iron and copper are still mandatory for plumbing drain/waste/vent on buildings taller than 40'  Getting back to old galvie supply piping....the water pressure is usually rendered adequate when just the horizontal piping in the basement is replaced.

And since you're looking for leverage, you're not wasting your time knocking on doors and cold calling people that aren't even interested.

Don't waste an opportunity to have a ton of great meals and beer!

There are companies trying to bring down the costs of building by churning out prefabs at economies of scale, but from what I've heard a lot of them are still building the traditional stick-built way within the factories so they aren't taking advantage of the cost savings they might get if they could tap into newer tech (CNC milling, etc... though that can also lead to a lot of waste).”So, my follow up question to anyone that happens to see this is, does anyone have experience with pocket communities/micro hotels/tiny home land shares?

You can find all the leads you want, if you are not credible you are simply throwing a heap load of crap against a wall hoping something will stick.

If this is the case I have no idea why thousands of investors are wasting their time fighting to be in DC if all they had to do is go to Capitol Heights.
