@Brandon Jackson,Treatment of depression tends to be very personalized and typically needs a professional to guide the process.In my case, both childhood and adult issues combined to produce the equivalent of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, only in my case the trauma was emotional more than physical though it definitely had physical elements to it.Although I still back-slide a good bit, what I've found useful is to develop the habit known as "positive thinking": to condition myself to take the negative and reframe it in a positive way.Super simple example:Negative: "This sucks!"

I took a look at @Ann Bellamy black diamond events and believe next month there will be a lot of LLC discussion on 8/26 so I want to make a habit of going as often as my current job allows.Once a multi person LLC is formed, I'm assuming you can define such that any "members" have a 50/50 split in any assets that show up under the accounts of the business.

Look for any red flags (delinquent accounts, bankruptcies, evictions etc) I would also ask for 3 most recent monthly bank statements to verify his income and review their other expenses and spending habits.
