We had an artist apply, and found it very odd that he didn't have  a Pinterest or web presence.  

I am not sure why every web designer thinks every change also needs a new"look" too.

Currently all my subs are from my supplier, weeded out those other unreliable guys.

He'd mentioned that wholesaling in itself was a nightmare, but thats how he got his start aside from things in the IT Industry, he worked as a freelance web designer too.

Further, contractors, both GCs and subs are notoriously unreliable; if you’re a guy building one or two houses, and they get a call from someone who can provide years worth of work projects, you will need to find a new sub.

It’s also safer than searching the web because you can ask the club owner for reliable references of those who frequent the club and meet lenders face-to-face.Locally, an experienced lender will know your area and might even have flipping experience.

All we need to prep them is the client's name(s) and email(s).I would much rather just send the customers a link to a web form, where they put their name and email, and then it spits out the agreement, which they can sign electronically.
