Consider asking them to make all repairs, pay for the re-inspection or cancel the contract and demand a full refund of your EMD.Ideally, an extension for your due diligence should have been executed, but this delay was at no fault yours and the sellers never sent you a demand to release your inspection contingency so it’ll be hard for them to enforce given the circumstances

My lender emailed an hour after I had already signed the closing documents that "Unfortunately, due to the current market they were canceling all their 30 year rental loans in progress, so mine would not be funded.

Panic is setting in now for new investors and rightfully so, but when you commit to a deal, sign a contract, and the seller acts reasonably, it's on you to close the deal even in these circumstances in my opinion.
