This was gross incompetence on so many levels and now it’s value is drastically lower .

🙋🏾♀️I have been thinking a lot about finding an investment mentor to talk some decisions through with but for the fun of it I decided to pick the collective brains of this massive community... ok here goes:So I have been thinking a lot about the strength of the current real estate market and whether it's time to sell my properties and take the proceeds to make some larger investments and go to the next level so to speak.

The second most difficult thing was that I had to trust what I had read and trust the numbers on the spreadsheet I had put together as a calculator to show that this would be a cash flowing deal in the end...

If experience level is low.

I think you just have to interview a bunch that you trust and create a team for yourself.  

I am working on an offer for a house that is 2 complete stories (levels).

If I buy it through a trust or LLC does that work?

Couples of (almost) all income levels travel and I imagine most of them are perfectly happy to rent a place that isn't huge.  

Don't just expect to hop in and half a$$ things and find all these great deals because it won't work my friend trust me!
