If you live in a hot area where the heat will damage the interior or cause cracks, if there’s any food that goes bad wrecking the fridge, if there’s a sump pump that isn’t powered and allows flooding, the garage doors forget remote codes, etc etc etc.

A good attorney could likely show that the llc isn't truly operating as a separate entity and thus crack open lawsuit to personal assets or insurance. llcs are kind of a waste of money, insurance policy largely does the same thing.
