I’m sure they aren’t advisable on larger projects but depending on the project size and complexity, they worked great for me. ~$650 for the study.

I have not received favorable terms from the local bank I worked with on the original loans, and they are unwilling to work with the RV Park whatsoever.You may look for cash-out refinancing.

I always say, if you have the deal, the money will come.

Is anyone doing mid-term rentals in the greater Tampa area? 

For non-primary residences, they have to follow all of the following rules to receive a permit: - the property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size (designed as a precaution to disturbances)- The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met - Adequate parking is provided - Defensible Space requirements are met - Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated - No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling As time goes on, they continue to become more strict on the rules listed above here, and are actively regulating it.

The necessities are floors (LVP), windows and paint for the interior.

The property produced $48K gross over the past year.  

Until I had my own I just used the state long term lease agreement.
