And based on your answer, I get the sense that the likelihood of an inspector missing something of this magnitude is slim. 

In your area it more than likely won’t work for fha as there is self sustainability test that it won’t pass.

This serves as stress test to include what happens if % of your tenants are unable to pay rent.  

We’ve completed the basics:- Business Plan- OA- EIN- Business RegistrationWe have a pretty good process in place that we’ve tested with properties that our parents own (estimating repairs and value analysis).

And I'm in a super competitive market so I'll commit to testing these recommendations!
