I find them to be really helpful in the support, accountability, and you get to learn from each other.

I would also recommend picking your preferred investment strategy first, then find a market where the data supports that approach.

is there a real estate investor community that shows me step by step how to find , analayze , fund and close deals at my own time, from home or mobile; how to scale my real estate business and other businesses all while having the support of a community of experienced and new investors working together, masterminding, partnering on deals online and in person with local meetings?

I left a big name brokerage after several years of paying fees and only getting limited support - everyone wants to say they offer training (and they do ) but few actually help you get to that next level.  

Their support is great, and trust me you would need it.

They have unauthorized pets, unless the pull the old trick of these pets are “emotional support” or “service animals”, the. that’s a whole other issue, especially since you are in California 

We called support back and explained all of this and they were not helpful.

The plan is that is the skin I put in the game and then they will pay for the renovations and then I can either sell it and make a profit or keep it and do short or long term renting.
