Could your equity/profits have been better if you had invested it in something else.It’s a choice, I agree with Account Closed I would use this concept to pay off high interest credit cards first before I conducted an analysis on where to spend my money or invest it.

For example, there are guys on here doing turn-key rental properties, buying/selling notes, lending, etc, who are probably making 7-figures, but they probably wouldn't call themselves "investors" first-and-foremost, they'd consider themselves entrepreneurs who use real estate as their choice of product.Just my $.02...

Spray on an enzymatic neutralizer of your choice (I use natures miracle just make sure it says enzymatic on it), lay plastic down so it soaks into the floor completely and doesn’t just evaporate, then you’re looking at some serious ozonation time.

Most of their stainless steel appliances cost about the same/ less than new black appliances from big box retailers.The choice I'm facing right now is whether to buy brand new black appliances, buy restored stainless steel appliances, or save ~$1000 and buy restored black appliances.
