The taxes aspect is going to hit you no matter what improvements you do to the property (government always wants their cut of the money too).

I would say many of the same aspects of the advice you see on the sf and multiplexes can apply (similar on cash flow analysis, screening tenants, etc)..Also, I am assuming buy and rent (but one could try a flip I suppose).

To be honest, it usually isn't something I necessarily hadn't learned before, but just sitting there for the mastermind forced me to re-consider various aspects (particularly my relevance score).

Now that I'm comfortable with that aspect I need to understand investing/loaning and of course that means networking.

Just curious what you are using in all aspects of your due diligence, research, design, etc?

Taking ethics out of it, taking your sellers best interest out of it, there is just a plain practical aspect here.
