If they don't object and immediately drop the commission rate then how will they do during negotiations for offers, inspections, etc?

Is there anyone who helps with relocating across state lines or any moving specialists that can help someone determine where to live/invest in real estate?

Also, can have your lawn guys cut the grass next door, few object to a free grass cut : ) 

Lots of people will tell you they can do them, and that is correct, but you want a specialist.

Question for the community, I’ve heard of people objecting to investing in old historical buildings because of city guidelines regarding rehab methods, but I also see old building in cities all over the country being renovated, so can any one give insight on whether it’s a good or bad investment?
