Exactly lol, that's how we set up our first year, direct deposit, 2x security deposit, monthly auto gmail reminders of payments, when they sign, they had 3 days to do the two test transactions if not the lease would not be valid.

And to add to this, it looks like now the son is going to represent my buyer in the sale of his home (reminder the son met my buyer through this transaction) and the son may also represent another buyer who had previously submitted an offer to buy my house, again having met her through this transaction.

This story reminds me of two main lessons that I'd like to share with you:1.

Have your attorney (that specializes in condo/HOA) send the Board a letter, detailing chapter and verse from the Governing Docs and State Laws as applicable, and reminding the Board they CAN and will be held responsible if they are not fulfilling their fiduciary duty.
