I'm thinking of mailing a letter, just because we've never met them in person and I'm not sure how they would take it, but I also want to make sure they receive the letter.

Just as an example, I received 2 random phone calls from NY investors yesterday afternoon looking for 5-20 unit properties based off a post a wrote over a month ago.

You currently can receive .075% percent of your property value in monthly rent (3,200/429,000).

@Joe Splitrock excellent point, I really thought I was doing the right thing by the school by letting them know early, but obviously that didn’t turn out in my favor.

Still opportunities there if you buy right.I've been through several PM's but have used Marilynn at Banyan Naples PM for last 10 years and received great service. 

The other feature runs both text and audio at the same time -- this is super excellent for customers who might want to read, but find it difficult and appreciate hearing and reading at the same time (and we know a LOT of successful business people are dyslexic as all get out).  

I mean, our credit score is deemed excellent so maybe there's a point of diminishing returns but I definitely have seen an uptick in our offered terms (%) on financing in the last couple loans.
