I think this is a great time to pick up a multi-family property in the East Bay, this market is shifting pretty rapidly and properties are sitting on the market much longer than that last 5 years which gives buyers leverage that we are not used to seeing, and while rates are still relatively low.

My guess is the deck and the driveway did not exist at the time or this would have been caught by the surveyor, title company or loan underwriterIn 2012 Heltzel  grants "her" interest in the additional lot to Cooke and Riley-Cooke(Maybe it is the same Joyce as 2002 or Cooke collects wives at a rapid pace?)
