Statistically you should be able to advert a lot of the repair cost and if the tenant buyer purcahses the property at the premium price then that is another win.

We make it a point to have really nice properties, updated kitchens and bathrooms, lots of recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances etc - they go quickly and people are happy to pay a premium, and most importantly, we rarely have anyone move out.
