I am not a patient person, so sitting back and learning and not "doing" in the way I am accustomed to is a challenge!

Managing the Sister-in-law property for experience is a good idea as long as she will be patient with you as you grow.The nice thing about renting to the in-laws is that they will take good care of the property.

From my anecdotal experience as a physician, less severe strokes generally show improvement within a few weeks and the patients are sent home for rehab.

If your True meaning of your post (comment) is that it does not really hold up anything- then you could be correct if you have the proper releases and satisfactions which most Title Companies or attorney's worth their salt, handle ahead of time prior to the closing- which normally take a little longer to close (more than 6 days from start hence my post to Raden).

They have been patient, viewed every property and analyzed every property ( over 100 properties) with us.

Just be aware that the stock tends to be a bit more limited than SFH, so you may have to be patient depending on your housing market.
